I have always had a passion for empowering women and all parents! Prior to becoming a Doula, I was a sonographer and worked in the field of infertility for 30 years. In addition, I have also done research for women’s health. I’m excited to leverage my expertise and knowledge to help parents on their journey!

A fertility doula is trained to support couples during preconception to help them prepare emotionally and physically for pregnancy. Emotional preparation may include ways to combat stress and the waiting that goes along with the process.
